1. Exchange: 

1. To be eligible for an Exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
2. The customer is responsible for the Exchange shipping costs of 30 AED.
3. To initiate an Exchange, please contact our customer service within 3 days.

2. Exceptions:  Custom and personalized items are non-exchangeable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
